Facebook took a page from MySpace and has added a Top Fans feature for organic page posts

Facebook took a page from MySpace and has a dded a Top Fans feature for organic page posts. Granted, it isn’t a section on a company’s page that shows you who views, likes, comments, or shares the most posts… rather, it gives the company the option to target these Top Fans and send posts for only them to see. First thought: didn’t ‘The Algorithm’ pretty much already do that? The difference is that companies can use this feature to reward those Top Fans since they would be the only ones to see that post i.e. share a sales code and target those Top Fans to reward them and get a more active page at the same time.
