    Flypaper uses Google for all search engine marketing advertisements.

  • How does cost per click work? Is there a standard rate for certain keywords?

    The cost-per-click is calculated by dividing the monthly spend on each ad by the number of clicks it receives.

    With each campaign, we set a Max CPC, which is the most you're willing to pay per click. This varies depending on your monthly spending. A higher bid generally helps your ad show in a higher ad position on the page, but you generally only have to pay the minimum amount as long as you beat out your competitors.

     

    There is no standard rate for keywords - it is all variable on your location and the keyword itself. For example - we often see roofing keywords costing more due to the saturation of that market. But don't worry - our digital strategists do everything they can to make sure you're placing for the best keywords at the best price!

  • What happens if I don't spend my monthly budget?

    If the monthly budget is not fully spent, it will automatically go towards your next month's spend!

  • Do I pay Flypaper AND Google?

    No, it's all one price that goes to Flypaper! Our agency fee is built into your package and we pay Google for you.
