This was a big one for us! Every team member sharpened their skills in conducting a Comprehensive Needs Analysis (CNA), which is our go-to process for understanding the ins and outs of your business. We learned how to approach your business from your customer's perspective, helping us create tailored marketing strategies. It's all about staying one step ahead and ensuring your marketing fits like a glove.
After perfecting our CNA techniques, we expanded our thinking with holistic account management. Our goal is to go beyond cookie-cutter services and give each of you a unique, personalized approach. We talked about how to serve our clients even before and after the typical "need." So, expect us to be more proactive, identifying opportunities to boost your digital presence before you even ask!
We also took the DISC Personality Assessment, learning how to better collaborate with both our clients and fellow teammates. With a better understanding of personality types, we're more equipped to customize our communication style and workflow to fit each of you, ensuring smoother and more effective working relationships.

But it wasn't all work! Each night, we kicked back with dinner, bowling, and even some epic karaoke (we won't name names, but a few hidden talents were definitely discovered!) The best part? Getting to connect with colleagues from different markets, sharing experiences, and creating memories. Some of us even stayed the weekend to catch the Tennessee vs. Arkansas game – talk about team spirit!
